WEDNESDAY ARE WORKING WITH H&M ON THEIR LATEST DESIGNER COLLABORATION – LANVIN FOR H&M

Wednesday are working with H&M on their latest designer collaboration – with the renowned fashion house Lanvin.

Lanvin’s artistic director Alber Elbaz and menswear designer Lucas Ossendrijver will be translating the dream they create for Lanvin to a bigger audience. As Alber Elbaz puts it: “I loved the idea that H&M was going luxury, rather than Lanvin going public. I thought it was a smart idea, so I say “I do”.”

Watch the first teaser for the forthcoming film, released on November 2nd, here – and stay tuned for the next installment.

John Lobb Product Page

WEDNESDAY HAVE LAUNCHED THE NEW ONLINE HOME OF JOHN LOBB

John Lobb has been making the finest shoes and boots for gentlemen since 1866 in London and 1902 in Paris. Its rich heritage is reinforced by timeless qualities of craftsmanship, service and style – attributes that are now available to a wider international John Lobb audience. The company continues to maintain its bespoke shoe-making tradition in Paris, while also retaining core bespoke principles in the manufacture of its expanding ready-to-wear collection of shoes and leather goods.

The new John Lobb website is a home which reflects the timeless style and unique heritage of the brand, whilst maintaining a distinctly British humour, allowing visitors to easily explore the brand and it’s unrivalled range of luxury products and services.

In addition, Wednesday has worked with John Lobb to create a new Global Advertising campaign – the ’190 Steps’. A nod to the exceptional craftsmanship of the company – it takes 190 Steps to create every pair of John Lobb shoes – the campaign explores the story behind this process and the remarkable talent of the John Lobb craftsmen who are responsible for one of the world’s few true luxury products. Wednesday have launched the online home of the world’s first culture of fashion magazine – Industrie.

As Jens Grede and Erik Torstensson, editors-in-chief & publishers of Industrie say “Industrie is not about collections, trends or celebrities; nor is it a vehicle to print fashion stories. We are not a consumer magazine or a trade publication. We do not sell clothes and we do not report news. Industrie is a fanzine about the culture of fashion, telling the stories of those who influence us.”

Industrie magazine is available around the world at all good newsstands.
